BlissLights Sky Lite - Laser Projector w/ LED Nebula Cloud for Game Room Decor, Bedroom Night Light, or Mood Lighting Ambiance - Classic ► Walmart Review

"I have been given a free BlissLights Sky Lite Laser Projector in exchange for my honest opinion"

This is such a wonderful product! It's something so unique and yet so worth owning to illuminate and make a room look like the night sky. It's so beautiful with all the sparkling stars on the walls and ceiling. I don't have to be outdoors to sleep under the stars or just to set a nice mood in the room. It actually looks great as a holiday decoration, without putting up so many lights.

The room is filled with these stars, especially in my larger room. I just put it on and can take it all over to illuminate the entire room. Plus, the stars can slowly rotate or be paused with the center button. Additionally, it catches every edge and all sides of the room. Nothing get's missed or distorted from the shape of the room. I really like it in the family room as it's smaller and looks great while relaxing and just watching the ceiling and walls.

I found this easy to use anyplace with an outlet, where it's needed with the USB and wall adapter included. I didn't have trouble to turn it on or set it up. Just basically one click on the first button and a choice of if the stars should move or if they shouldn't and a third button follows with three types of settings that make the stars less illuminated and busy. It's not complicated and one simple page of directions. Basically a plug into the wall outlet and turn on, plug-and-play.

Lastly, is there anything that is hard to use on the laser projector or problems I've gotten after using the product a few times? The answer would be no. It's been a pleasant and yet easy product to use and if I fall asleep with this on, it automatically goes off with a 6-hour time limit. So no worries to shut it down or worry it will start any kind of fire. Plus it doesn't take too much space to charge, keep in a corner or on a table, and pretty much use it anywhere in the house. So all I can say it's just such a wonderful device and so much fun!

Windows Server 2019 & PowerShell All-in-One For Dummies Sara Perrott

"I have been given a free copy of
in exchange for my honest opinion"

Windows Server 2019 and PowerShell All-In-One For Dummies is definitely for those interested in two parts of computer science. I honestly loved how easy it is to learn both in just one book. It simply removes the need for struggling to find separate books and understanding each, quite simply. Well, 8 books in one aren't too bad and it's not too heavy or overwhelming either.

This book can be very informative, with visual aids to help guide one into the steps ahead. Performing each task allowing the reader to understand what is taken place and how things are corresponding with each other as you type them in or manipulate them as needed. In my opinion, I just love how fun this book makes learning, and I don't feel any regrets for learning from a for dummies book. After all, it is what has now made me understand some more computer features that can't always be found anywhere, well all in one as this book provides them. Plus, in the ending, I'll become a Pro and it all had to do with a simpler way to learn, by this book!

When opening it up, I do like that it's easy to find which section would start Powershell and which is the Windows Server information. As one reads from books 1-5, that is where it begins with understanding and utilizing the Windows Server 2019 version. What will be learned from this part, is basically the features and how to execute them. Afterward, when it gets to book 6 it begins to guide one on PowerShell and that is quite straight forward, with all the tasks in front of you and how to begin using the program.

This book was something that caught my attention because of the use of Powershell. I've been interested to learn this aspect when it came to computers, the newer updated versions as command prompt may not be as strongly used. So, to stay with the change of the world, I found that this book, being updated and clearly written has guided me through all the material to help me use the program, Powershell easily. Additionally, I get the bonus to learn about Windows Server 2019, so it's a win-win!

Last words, like many of these for dummies, guide books they really come in handy and give me a simple and forward jump right into the driver's seat, without being left as a passenger driver. I can now learn faster and simpler and be a Pro in no time! Plus, for my love of computers and learning machines, this is the best book that really makes my mind feel full of joy!

Java All-in-One For Dummies, 6th Edition Doug Lowe

"I have been given a free copy of
for my honest opinion"

This book is totally for the beginner and advance coder! Java all-in-one for dummies is an updated version and the information is quite clear. I love to learn things fast, and this book really gets me that forward leap to the most important, must need to know information, without filler that may not always stick and is required to know how to operate the program.

The book explains Java very well! It's broken into a smaller version than many large books, making it a not too huge book to explain the different aspects of Java and what you can do and learn. There are a total of 7 books in this 6th edition, as it states on the cover and inside. The first few will guide to the downloading of the program and understanding Java from where it may have been seen or used elsewhere to how it is a major program when it comes to the web.

I tried to learn Java by myself, with some online guides. Let's just say it didn't work out. This book, helps me acknowledge the material that was missing and how to enforce it when coding on the Java program. Nevertheless, I now have the best way to learn and have not found any struggle to get a great idea of what I need to do each time I turn on the computer and begin loading up my program. Right now I'm still going through each piece, to make sure I don't miss anything and understand the steps in front of me, before moving on. I want to make sure I get a clear view of what I'm doing so it isn't a harder task to understand the harder parts that come later.

No matter though, the book is perfect to guide me even through those tasks, and with the clear script setup, it'll be hard to make any mistake. It practically tells me everything I need to know and gets me on my way to become an expert in no time. No more continuing to search all over to find information on Java, how to do specific features for all different reasons such as using strings, classes, arrays, and even blocks, to name a few.

Additionally, with the helpful, follow along with steps and the exercises after each section. It really helps remind and keep you remembering what you've been taught. Taking you to a newer skill-building lesson in the chapters ahead. It honestly is quite an amazing book and something I'm glad to have!

Practical Machine Learning in R Fred Nwanganga, Mike Chapple

"I have been given a free copy of Practical Machine Learning In R
in exchange for my honest opinion"

Practical Machine Learning in R is quite an interesting book, packed with so much information on data analytics and plenty of plotting on scattergraphs, and so many other types of graphs. It's more of a visual view of data, taken from plenty of things you may need to see visually. It can be from everything in a company, day-to-day life, and just even for one's personal use.

It's never too late to keep an eye on things, to help get a better scope on what's going on, and especially using R to help you achieve this. I honestly love that it brings me back to using math. All by using different data to create some beautiful and presentable graphs. Plus, the helpful exercises, it really aids in remembrance and getting my hands on more things I can use within the program.

From the way, I install additional features and evaluate as well as improve my skills as I go through each chapter of this book. In the end, to see the result, like any programming is quite wonderful! Especially, with such an attention-grabbing book, designed to inspire and not drag-on, that I could find myself sleeping over verse actually reading. The steps to follow are very nicely illustrated with colored examples to view as the result.

Finally, I must mention that this may be perfect for anyone learning R, from beginner or advance. It feels like a perfect resource for all areas of using R and not quite hard to comprehend. As I follow through the book, it's simply written to make for a clear and easy to read the list of ways to get the same result as seen on each page. Data keeping can just be something I'm extremely interested to learn and this is one great book to help me understand it so much better!

C Programming For Dummies, 2nd Edition Dan Gookin

"I have been given a free copy of
in exchange for my honest opinion"

This book is the perfect way to learn the C programming language! If anyone isn't sure or quite able to understand to code with C, this book C Programming For Dummies by Dan Gookin is the key to unlocking the answers.  The entire book is just straight forward, created for those who don't want to take months to learn to program with C. Especially if they are beginners.

I loved that its first chapter is called A Quick Start for the Impatient. Since, aren't we all a little impatient at times? I know I am. When there is too much to do, I don't have time to sit back and read a huge book that just has too much information, which doesn't always apply to you coding with the programming, but just learning the history and how it came about.

Unlike those books that carry on and are great for in-class learning and those who want to grasp the entire concept on C. However, this one really takes you through everything, from installing and using the script that is required to use the C program. This is just made a simpler, fast, and easier way to get on the fast track without extra bulk. For me, I've always been a fan of these for dummies books. Since it's direct to the must need information, and won't take too long to understand or get a hang of something, with the exercises and guidance inside.

Another wonderful part of this book is the way the book is set up. Starting the reader with a simple and understanding use of the program before the harder skill-building begins. That is when the thinking helmets and recapping from what was learned in the past few chapters come in handy. Additionally, it allows one to explore more in the language which is quite nice and opens the broad range of possibilities using C.

Lastly, I feel if there is any good way to start learning to program correctly, this would be it! The guidance is quite simple to understand as if you were being taught in the beginner's class. It's full of good details and explained the information in a more realistic voice that isn't too technical or complicated to understand. The quirks and tips come in handy and make the book way more enjoyable for learning. I find this to be a wonderful guide and very helpful for my needs and anyone who will be interested in coding in the C language.

Implementing Cryptography Using Python Shannon W. Bray

"I have been given a free copy of
Implementing Cryptography Using Python Book
in exchange for my honest opinion"

Security is something that anyone who is smart would want for their personal information. That is why I felt learning about taking my Python coding to the next level, security with cryptography. It's one excellent way when it comes to making sure things are private and unable to be read by prying eyes.

This is what brought me to the book, Implementing Cryptography Using Python. It isn't too big and very well informative. It doesn't just involve using a mix of letters or numbers to hide the readable information. Alternatively, there are other ways, such as using images, which to me sounds a bit easier to work with. Just adding a key to unlock or have anyone unlock the image to view the information you've coded. Also, messages can be contained within the image you've like to use and that's a quite neat addition as well! There is a whole chapter on this, as in all the different subjects throughout the book.

So, if going from the beginning to the end, the book has been nothing but a wonderful guide! It's quite useful for any stage or python user to implement with their work, which is quite nice to know. It also is easy for beginners. From the start where you begin downloading Python with a few practice recaps of using Python as a coding language. Next, it's time to move into understanding and installing a few programs to help you begin securing your work with cryptography.

In my personal conclusion from the book, it's quite easy to enable all the installations and carries many examples to implement as it's being presented within the book. I find if I can easily follow along with the examples, I'll understand each way to perform every task. As I've done so far. I'm still moving my way through each chapter. However, I did get through the book, but now I'm working on the examples and taking note of the information in front of me.

Lastly, If I had a question to ask it would have to be if there is anything I find wrong or misleading with this guide? To tell you the truth, it is simpler to understand and clear enough to read. There also is plenty of guidance and examples in each chapter. Of course, with a guide to help you set things up and go over the already known, knowledge of Python and move on to the new information, well I'd have to say, no there isn't anything I find wrong about this book! It's just perfect for the first I've read on cryptography using Python and understanding how things work.

Professional JavaScript for Web Developers, 4th Edition by Matt Frisbie

"I have been given a free copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion and review"

From start to finish, this is one giant and resourceful book! Professional JavaScript for Web Developers 4th edition is not that quick beginner guide, though it could be and even something a bit extra. In other words, this is an elaborate and established book that can be perfect for those starting out and aid in the continuation of even more complex and interesting features of JavaScript. So if you do have some knowledge of the HTML script it may come easier to know how JS(JavaScript) plays together to make something so simple into something more interactive and reciprocating to your needs.

Now, for it to be an updated book, it's going to give you even more recent details on advancing with some new changes and script functions.  JS to me is something that most find to be the responsive and functional piece when it comes to creating a website, webpage, or pretty much many other programs. It allows for those to add new information in the style of a form, button, or anything that needs to have functionality within a webpage or a website. An example of this book taking into use, it helps you put together such additional features that can call to action certain tasks from responding to questions of the user, pushing them forward to the next section of the site or page, or getting them the information they need and the to the right location.

I regularly think when reading through this book is that it really plays a big role in webpages. Sometimes, it could just be a little piece that jS is needed, but mainly to really have a company page that brings more oomph for the visitor or customer, and retrieves the details right back to the company, this really is a program worth learning and using. Again, as it is my opinion, many can have a different thought about JS when put into action. Nevertheless, this is quite an exceptional way to learn, more than any other book my teach one.

So to make it clear and simple, the book is really informative, updated, and surely will impress any interested reader! Though as a newer book on JavaScript, I've read in the past had taught me something I had no idea about, which also can be possible for other programming items as well. That is you can still use what you know from years ago and it will still be accurate. However, the new information from time to time as in this book, JavaScript for Web Developers can really make for a bit simple and faster way to get the code right with fewer problems. So fewer bugs to rid of and even a simpler code to create.
